What forms of payment do you accept? TOP
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, E-Checks, Cashier's Checks, Money Orders and Personal Checks. We also accept payments through Paypal.
If you make your payment with a Cashier's Check or Money Order, your item will not be shipped until your check or money order has been received. If you send a personal check, your item will not be shipped until your personal check has cleared. When sending a check or money order, please make check payable to "JMT Glassworks" and mail it to:

Yes! Your payment is absolutely secure! We use a secure cart through Mals e-commerce using 128-bit SSL. Paypal also used 128-bit SSL using Verisign. When will my order be shipped? TOP
All purchases will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving payment. If sending a cashier's check or money order, item will be shipped when payment is received. If sending a personal check, item will be shipped when payment has cleared. Wholesale orders can take longer, depending on quantity shipped. What are your shipping costs? TOP

Yes! Please contact us at info@jmtglassworks.com to receive information about our special wholesale pricing. You must be a legitimate business with a Tax ID to order. A minimum order of $100.00 is required on your first order and a $50.00 minimum thereafter. You can also apply by clicking on our "Wholesale Discounts" link on the left and "apply" to become a vendor. If you are approved, we will then send you the information regarding your wholesale account. Please note that we do not offer wholesale on the velveteen chokers.Do you offer volume discounts? TOP
Yes! We offer volume discounts for customers who do not qualify for wholesale status. Any order over $100.00 on one invoice will qualify for a 10% discount off the entire purchase. Do you take special orders? TOP
No. We do not take special orders on our regular dichroic jewelry as each piece is one-of-a-kind and cannot be duplicated due to variances in firings and in the glass. However, we do take special orders on our animal rescue jewelry but ther will be slight variances in color shade and size. Do you offer gift certificates? TOP
Yes! We offer gift certificates in demoninations of $25.00, $50.00, $75.00 and $100.00. What is dichroic glass? TOP
Dichroic Glass is a specialty glass originally created for NASA, but attracted artists because of its beauty and amazing coloratoins. "Dichroic" means "two colors." It reflects one color and transmits another. Dichroic glass is one of the HOTTEST materials being used by artisans today and the most expensive glass made. Multiple micro-thin layers of different metals (gold, silver, titanium, chromium, aluminum, zirconium, magnesium, silicon) are applied to the surface of the glass and then kiln-fired at extreme temperatures in a vaccum. Each piece of jewelry is hand-cut, ground, carefully arranged and layered, and then placed in a kiln where it is heated to approx. 1400 to 1500 degrees. The pieces are then annealed for 6 to 8 hours for strength and durability. How do I care for my new glass creation? TOP
Clean your dichroic jewelry with mild soap and water or a jewelry polishing cloth. It needs no more care than any other type of glass or gemstone jewelry. Take care not to let the piece come into contact with abrasives as the glass can scratch. Otherwise, you can wear it with CONFIDENCE! What if I am not happy with my purchase? TOP
If you are not happy, we are not happy! We will glady refund your money (minus shipping costs) if the item is returned to us within 14 days of receipt. How can I contact you? TOP
